Privacy Policy

This is a small site run by one person, and this policy is written to be just as simple. It covers what happens with your information today, and it is honest about a few things that are planned but not live yet.

What I collect right now

The only personal information I collect today is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the reason for your message, and the message itself. That is it.

How I use it

I use it to read your message and reply to you. Your message is delivered to my email inbox through an email service called Resend, and I respond from there. I do not use your contact information for anything other than answering you.

What I do not do

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with prop firms or any other third party. The contact form does not add you to any mailing list. I do not run advertising trackers that profile you across the web.

Email services I use

Two services handle email for this site. Resend delivers contact form messages to my inbox. ImprovMX forwards mail sent to my stillfunded.com addresses to my personal inbox. Both only handle what is needed to deliver your message.

Planned features (not active yet)

I am building this site in stages, and I would rather tell you now what is coming than surprise you later. These are not collecting any data yet:

Analytics. I plan to add Google Analytics to understand general traffic, such as which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes some data, including a version of your IP address, on Google's systems. When it goes live, this site will show a cookie consent notice first, and you will be able to decline. Until you see that notice, no analytics cookies are running.

Newsletters. I plan to offer email newsletters you can choose to sign up for, including a sale notification list that alerts you when prop firms run discounts, and possibly other trading related newsletters. These will always be opt in. You will only receive them if you sign up yourself, and every email will have an unsubscribe link. Signing up for a newsletter will be separate from using the contact form.

Your choices

If you want me to delete a message you sent me, email me and I will remove it. If you later join a newsletter and change your mind, every newsletter email will include a one click unsubscribe.

Changes to this policy

When I add a feature that changes what data is collected, I will update this page and change the date at the top before that feature goes live.
