Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This is a small site run by one person, and this policy is written to be just as simple. It covers what happens with your information today, and it is honest about a few things that are planned but not live yet.

What I collect right now

I collect personal information in two places, and both are things you type in yourself. The contact form collects your name, your email address, the reason for your message, and the message itself. The newsletter signup collects your email address plus the newsletters, alert types, and firms you pick. That is it.

The one other thing is website analytics, and it only runs if you say yes. There is a full section on that below.

How I use it

I use it to read your message and reply to you. Your message is delivered to my email inbox through an email service called Resend, and I respond from there. I do not use your contact information for anything other than answering you.

What I do not do

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with prop firms or any other third party. The contact form does not add you to any mailing list. I do not run advertising trackers that profile you across the web.

Email services I use

Two services handle email for this site. Resend delivers contact form messages to my inbox, and it also stores the newsletter subscriber list and sends the newsletter emails. ImprovMX forwards mail sent to my stillfunded.com addresses to my personal inbox. Both only handle what is needed to do those jobs.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to see which pages get read and roughly where visitors come from. It does not load until you allow it. The first time you land here you get a banner with two buttons, Accept and Reject, and nothing analytics related runs in your browser until you press Accept.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_6Q2HDG8SG7. They hand your browser a random ID so Google can tell a repeat visit from a new one. Google also reads your IP address to work out roughly what part of the world you are in. I never see anything that identifies you. What I see is page counts and country totals.

If you reject, nothing loads at all. If you accepted before and changed your mind, pressing Reject clears those cookies. You can reopen the banner any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of any page.

Newsletters

The site offers email newsletters you can choose to sign up for, including alerts for prop firm sales and rule changes on the firms you pick. Signing up is opt in twice over: you type your email in yourself, then confirm it by clicking a link sent to that address, and nothing gets sent to you until you do.

When you sign up I store your email address and the newsletters, alert types, and firms you selected, nothing more. That list lives with Resend, the email service that sends the newsletters. Every email includes a one click unsubscribe that works immediately, plus a preferences link so you can change your picks or drop individual lists whenever you want. Signing up for a newsletter is separate from using the contact form, and the contact form still does not add you to any list.

Your choices

You can switch analytics on or off whenever you want with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of any page. If you want me to delete a message you sent me, email me and I will remove it. If you joined a newsletter and change your mind, every newsletter email includes a one click unsubscribe, and the preferences page lets you drop individual lists or everything at once.

Changes to this policy

When I add a feature that changes what data is collected, I will update this page and change the date at the top before that feature goes live.
