Data Confidence: Low
Trust Score
Is the firm legit: is it a real, accountable business, does it actually pay, and what does its track record show?
Cost Score
What it costs to get funded and stay funded: the eval, resets, the activation fee and data fees. Measured at today's price after any dated sale, plus how deep the firm's sales usually run.
Payout Score
How easy it is to get paid: how much you can take out, how fast it lands, how often, and how many accounts you can stack.
Rules Score
How trader-friendly the rules are: the drawdown type, how big the drawdown is next to the profit target, daily loss limits and consistency rules.

Pricing and Account Tiers
Every active eval at full price, plus the best target-to-drawdown ratio in the lineup.
| Eval | Price | Sale Price | Activation Fee | Max Drawdown | Drawdown Type | Profit Target | Time Limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $265 one time | - | Included | $1,250 | End-of-Day Trailing | $2,250 | 60 days |
| 50K | $525 one time | - | Included | $2,500 | End-of-Day Trailing | $4,500 | 60 days |
| 100K | $1,000 one time | - | Included | $5,000 | End-of-Day Trailing | $9,000 | 60 days |
| 150K | $1,595 one time | - | Included | $7,500 | End-of-Day Trailing | $13,500 | 60 days |
Best Target-to-Drawdown Ratio
Profit target divided by max drawdown, shown target first. Lower is better: less profit to earn per dollar of drawdown. Some firms sell targets smaller than the drawdown, so the ratio can run below 1 : 1, and 1 : 1 is not a bottom.
1.8 : 1
25K and 3 more accounts
$2,250 target / $1,250 drawdown
Pros and Cons
Pros
- You get paid each time you pass a phase, with no activation fee and no payout buffer to clear first
- A real live account after the fourth payout, not a sim funded account, with a 90% profit split, a static 50% max loss and the first withdrawal on demand
- The drawdown line locks at breakeven once you are up 5% in a phase, so the 1.8:1 ratio plays much closer to 1:1
- A set payout you know before you start, $3,500 across all four on the 25K, and the first payout is about twice the plan fee at every size
- One plan fee, the same on every platform, with no monthly bill and market data included through Phase 4
- No daily loss limit in any phase, and the 25% consistency rule delays a pass but never fails the account
- Copying trades between your own accounts is allowed, trade copiers included
Cons
- Brand new: formed in Nevada on July 21, 2026, with no Trustpilot reviews and no payout proof yet
- The set payouts are small: $500 for a $2,250 target in Phase 1 on the 25K, and each phase starts from a fresh balance, so profit past the target doesn't count
- At 100K and 150K the plan fee is more than most one-time plans we cover, and with no resets a fail means paying it again
- A 60-day time limit on every phase, and going 14 days without a trade closes the account
- The live account runs only on Rithmic at $62 a month, taken from your balance, and its contract limits follow margin with no number printed
Rules at a Glance
The rules that fail people. Tap the info icon beside a rule for the plain-terms version.
- DrawdownEOD trailing / Static
How your drawdown line moves. End-of-day trailing rises with your closing balance; intraday trailing rises with every tick of open profit; static never moves. The type decides how much of your own gains you can give back.
- Daily Loss LimitNo daily loss limit
The most you can lose in one session before the day ends. A soft limit ends your day and keeps the account; a hard limit ends the account.
- Consistency RuleEval only
Caps how much of your profit can come from one day. Some plans use it in the eval, some once you are funded, and some in both.
- How Long You Must Hold a TradeNo minimum
Whether every trade has to stay open for a set time before you can close it. Some firms set no time but still limit scalping.
- Weekend HoldingNot allowed
Whether positions can stay open over the weekend. Not allowed means everything must be flat before the Friday close.
- AutomationYour own strategies only
Whether bots, EAs and algos are allowed to place trades, at the eval stage and at the funded stage.
- Markets You Can't TradeSee the list
Markets the firm will not let you trade in this program.
Back-month contracts (front month only)
- Sim or LiveMust move to live
Whether the funded account is simulated, live, or starts simulated and can move to live.
The fourth payout. Every trader who passes Phase 4 moves to a live account at 12% of the plan size, with a static 50% max loss, a 90% profit split and Rithmic only.
- Accounts at Once4, one per size
How many funded accounts you can hold at the same time at this firm.
- Copy Your Own AccountsAllowed
Whether you may copy your trades across your own accounts at this firm with a trade copier or within your broker.
Drawdown: EOD trailing / Static; Daily Loss Limit: No daily loss limit; Consistency Rule: Eval only; How Long You Must Hold a Trade: No minimum; Weekend Holding: Not allowed; Automation: Your own strategies only; Markets You Can't Trade: See the list; Sim or Live: Must move to live; Accounts at Once: 4, one per size; Copy Your Own Accounts: Allowed.
Rules Detail
To get paid you need to hit a 9% profit target against a 5% end-of-day trailing max drawdown. Once the account closes 5% above its starting balance, the drawdown line locks at breakeven for the rest of that phase. On paper that is a 1.8:1 target-to-drawdown ratio, but the lock makes it play much closer to 1:1, which is good for the trader. With no daily loss limit, the max drawdown is the one limit that ends the account, which is how it should be.
Every pass pays a set amount, with no payout buffer to clear first. The firm calls each round a phase, and each one starts from a fresh balance, so profit past the target doesn't carry over. After the fourth payout you move to live, much like a funded account that closes after a set number of payouts. A fail in any phase sends you back to Phase 1 on a new plan, with no resets. Each phase has a 25% consistency rule on your best day that delays a pass but never fails you. I don't like time limits, but 60 days is twice the 30 days some firms give.
Day to day the rules are strict and clear. You are flat by 3:55pm CT every weekday with no overnight or weekend holds, you can't open a new trade within 3 minutes of a high-impact release on the Forex Factory calendar, and you need a trade at least every 14 days or the account closes.
News: no new trade within 3 minutes before or after a high-impact release on the Forex Factory calendar. One trade inside that window can have its profit removed, and trading into releases again and again can mean a phase pass is denied or the account is closed. Holding a position through the news is allowed.

Verdict: Who 18th Street Trading Fits
Who this firm fits and who should walk away, in my words.
Good Fit For
- Traders who want to move to live. A smaller real account, a 50% max loss and a 90% profit split is a fair deal to me.
- Traders who want to be paid for passing. A set payout each time, with no activation fee and no payout buffer.
- Traders who are flat by the close anyway. No daily loss limit, and the drawdown locks at breakeven once you are up 5%.
Walk Away If
- You run $100 a day across many accounts. One per size caps you at four, which is fair for this firm but not that plan.
- You want a low fee on a big account. At 100K and 150K it costs more than most one-time plans we cover.
- You want a firm with a track record. It formed in July 2026, with no Trustpilot reviews or payout proof yet.
Strategic Edges
- Treat each phase as its own pass: a fail sends you back to Phase 1, so size for the phase you are in, not the payout at the end
- Request each phase payout as soon as you pass; it has to be paid before the next phase starts
- Once you hit the target and meet the consistency rule, ease off: the next phase starts from a fresh balance, so extra profit doesn't count
- Aim to get up 5% early in each phase: the drawdown line locks at breakeven there, and you trade the rest of the target from that spot
- If you passed on DXFutures, Volumetrica or Tickblaze, set up Rithmic before Phase 4, because the live account runs only on Rithmic
- Run all four sizes at once and copy your own trades across them

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the 18th Street Trading evaluation work?
You get paid each time you pass, four times, and then you move to a live account. Every phase has the same 9% profit target, 5% end-of-day trailing max drawdown, 60-day time limit and 25% consistency rule, and each one starts from a fresh balance. Pass and you get a set payout before the next phase starts, with KYC and the trader agreement done before the first. After the fourth payout you move to the live account.
How much does 18th Street Trading pay after each phase?
A set amount each time you pass, by account size. On the 25K it is $500, $750, $750 and $1,500, so $3,500 across all four, and each size scales the same way up to $21,000 on the 150K. Profit past the target doesn't add to it. Other firms we cover pay nothing for passing their test, and here there is no activation fee and no payout buffer to clear first, which is trader friendly to me. I like that there is no guessing, but the amounts are low.
What happens when you move to live at 18th Street Trading?
You trade a real live account at 12% of your plan size, so the 25K plan moves to a $3,000 account, with a static max loss of 50% of that balance and a 90% profit split. The first withdrawal is on demand and then once every 30 days, and if you blow the account at the max loss, you still get your 90% share of the gains at that point. A smaller account with a 50% max loss is closer to trading real capital, so I think the switch is fair, and 90% is a solid split.
What does the 18th Street Trading live account cost?
Nothing up front, but it is not free to run. The live account trades only on Rithmic, at $62 a month with market data included, taken from your balance whether the account is up or down. You also need a trade at least every 7 days, and contract limits follow CME and broker margin for your balance, with no set number printed.
Does 18th Street Trading have a daily loss limit?
No, not in any of the four phases. The 5% end-of-day trailing max drawdown is the only loss limit that ends the account, and once your account closes 5% above its starting balance the drawdown line locks at breakeven for the rest of that phase.
Can you hold trades overnight at 18th Street Trading?
No. Every position is closed automatically at 3:55pm CT each weekday, and open orders have to be cancelled by then too. On early holiday closes the automatic close may not happen, so closing out those days is on you.
Does 18th Street Trading allow copy trading and bots?
Copying your own accounts, yes, including with a trade copier such as Replikanto, but copying to or from anyone else's accounts is not allowed. Bots are allowed only when the strategy is your own. Bought or off-the-shelf strategies, strategies sold to pass evals, platform or latency exploits, arbitrage and all-or-nothing sizing are all banned.
How many accounts can you have at 18th Street Trading?
Four at most, one of each size, 25K, 50K, 100K and 150K, for $325,000 combined, and you can copy your own trades across them. That is fair for how this firm is set up. It is not a firm for the $100 a day across many accounts plan from our guides, and not every firm has to be.
How do payouts work at 18th Street Trading?
You get paid in crypto to your own wallet (USDC, ETH or BTC), through Rise, or as store credit toward a new 18th Street plan, and the firm says crypto and Rise payouts usually go out within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. KYC and the trader agreement come before your first payout request, and failing KYC closes the account. The firm doesn't print a payout fee.
Is 18th Street Trading legit?
It is a registered Nevada company, 18th Street Trading, LLC, formed on July 21, 2026, so it is brand new, with no Trustpilot reviews and no payout proof we could find yet. That keeps our trust read low for now. Its founder, Jay R. Pocius, is named on the site and signs its posts. Prop Account, LLC runs the evaluations and takes the payments.
Is 18th Street Trading hard to pass?
Each pass asks for a 9% target against a 5% drawdown inside 60 days, and 4 trading days is the fastest a phase can go under the consistency rule, so reaching live takes at least 16 trading days. Each phase gets easier to hold once you are up 5%, because the drawdown line locks at breakeven, which makes the 1.8:1 ratio play much closer to 1:1. A fail anywhere sends you back to Phase 1 on a new plan, but every payout before it was already paid out.
