Bulenox Review 2026

Cheap and patient at 25K, expensive and constrained at 250K, with a forced live migration waiting after your third payout. The size you shop decides which of those two firms you get.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Registry-confirmed Delaware LLC with a real paper trail: file 4611880, formed January 2021, corroborated by the domain registration, the Terms date, and the Trustpilot profile claim
  • Payout proof at the community-aggregated tier: dated 2026 Trustpilot confirmations including Wise payouts, reviewers citing years of on-time payments, and weekly Wednesday processing corroborated by third-party coverage
  • One of the stronger Trustpilot reads on the roster: 4.7 across 1,685 reviews with no invitation history, so the volume looks organic, and recent themes centered on payout reliability and payment speed
  • Forgiving evaluation: no time limit, effectively a one trading day minimum, no eval consistency rule, and a monthly subscription that simply continues instead of expiring
  • Cheap and unusual reset policy: 78 dollars mid-cycle, plus a free automatic reset on every billing date after a violation, with completed trading days preserved on the free reset
  • Drawdown choice at every size for the same price: real-time trailing with full contracts from day one (Option 1) or end-of-day trailing with a soft daily loss limit and a scaling ladder (Option 2)
  • 100 percent of the first 10,000 dollars withdrawn, then 90/10, with on-demand requests and weekly Wednesday processing
  • Honest price anchors: the firm prints its own flat discount codes directly on the homepage next to struck-through list prices that match reality; no inflated fake anchors observed
  • Wide platform reach through Rithmic: R Trader, R Trader Pro, a free NinjaTrader 8 license on the Master, and 20-plus Rithmic-compatible front-ends

Cons

  • The forced live migration is the defining structural risk: after three successful Master payouts you are moved, at the Risk Management Department's sole discretion, to a live Funded Account capped at roughly 10 percent of nominal size, all active Masters consolidate into one, rewards there need five completed trading days per request, refusal closes the Master with no payout, and the Funded Account's drawdown and profit split are published nowhere
  • The Master activation fee scales hard with account size: 143 dollars at 25K to 898 dollars at 250K, applies to both options, and is untouched by promo codes; the fee math is competitive at the small end and prohibitive at the large end
  • Early withdrawals are throttled three ways at once: the first three payouts are capped by size (1,000 to 2,500 dollars per request), a safety threshold reserve of 1,600 to 5,600 dollars stays locked in the account until Master Agreement termination, and a strict 40 percent consistency check gates every single request
  • Stale paperwork: the July 2021 Terms of Use still states the firm does not provide live trading, contradicting the April 2025 Funded Account regime, and several help pages carry 2021-2023 update stamps
  • The automation marketing does not match the contract: the help center says copiers, algos, and bots are not forbidden, while the Terms bans scalping algorithms, requires management approval for any third-party algorithm, and reserves the right to refuse profit claims on suspected abuse
  • Leadership is not publicly disclosed anywhere found, and the HQ is a mailbox-style virtual suite at a mass registered-agent address in Wilmington
  • Strictly intraday: everything flat by 15:59 CT daily, no overnight or weekend holding at any stage
  • The Rithmic professional-status election is a one-time trap: chosen once, unchangeable later, and professional status costs 116 dollars per month in exchange data fees
  • No refunds under any circumstances, and the subscription auto-renews every 30 days until you cancel
  • The third-party information field around this firm is the noisiest on our roster: widely cited sources misdescribe the drawdown mechanics and overstate the review count, and the discount code field is saturated with spam codes and look-alike domains

Strategic Edge Plays

  1. Buy small: the fee structure is built for the 25K and 50K, where activation costs about a month of subscription; at 150K and 250K the activation math and the migration ceiling both work against you
  2. Pick the option that matches your style, not the friendlier-sounding one: Option 1 gives full contracts from day one for traders who bank profit fast, Option 2 gives an end-of-day clock and a soft daily loss limit for anyone who lets trades breathe
  3. Map the withdrawal gauntlet before you activate: 10 completed trading days, the 1,000 dollar minimum, your tier's safety threshold, the first-three caps, and the 40 percent rule; spread profit across enough days so the consistency check passes on the first request
  4. Time failures against the billing date: a rule violation before your billing date triggers a free automatic reset with trading days preserved, so a well-timed restart costs nothing instead of 78 dollars
  5. Trust only the firm's own homepage codes: the aggregator code field around Bulenox is the spammiest we track, including look-alike domains that mimic official pages; the live verified codes are on our Bulenox discount page

Verdict and Who It Is For

Activating a funded account at Bulenox costs $143 if you passed on a 25K and $898 if you passed on a 250K. Same firm, same one-time fee, six times the price, and that one column of the fee table tells you more about who Bulenox is for than anything else the firm publishes. This is a firm priced to be one of the cheapest ways in futures prop to get funded on a small account and one of the more expensive ways to get funded on a big one, and most of the rest of the structure points the same direction.

The reputation side is genuinely strong. Bulenox is a registry-confirmed Delaware LLC operating since January 2021, its Trustpilot sits at 4.7 across 1,685 reviews with no history of soliciting them, and the recent review record is heavy with dated payout confirmations, on-time payment reports, and multi-year customers. Payout proof here comes in at our community-aggregated tier. The evaluation itself is forgiving: no time limit, effectively a one trading day minimum, no consistency rule until you are funded, and a reset policy that includes a free automatic reset on every billing date after a violation.

What holds Bulenox back is what happens after you are funded. Every Master payout has to pass a 40 percent consistency check, your first three payouts are capped by size, a safety threshold reserve stays locked in the account, and after your third successful payout Bulenox moves you, at the sole discretion of its Risk Management Department, to a live Funded Account carrying roughly 10 percent of your nominal size, on drawdown and split terms the firm has never published. Refusing that move closes your Master with no payout. The full mechanics are in the rules and payout sections below, and they are the reason this review reads friendlier at the front of the funnel than at the back.

Bulenox makes the most sense for the trader shopping at 25K or 50K who wants a cheap, patient evaluation from a firm with a real payment track record, and especially anyone who likes choosing their own drawdown style, because every size sells in a real-time trailing version and an end-of-day version at the same price. Cross Bulenox off if you are shopping 150K or 250K, where the activation fee math stops making sense. Cross it off if the plan is growing one large sim account for years, because the forced migration collapses that plan to a fraction of the size you paid for. Same if your trading leans on algorithms, since the contract requires management approval for any third-party one. And same if you hold overnight, because everything here goes flat by 15:59 CT daily.

Pricing and Account Tiers

Read the activation column of the table below before anything else, because that is where the real cost separation lives. The monthly subscription runs $145 on the 25K up to $535 on the 250K, auto-renews every 30 days until you cancel, and covers the evaluation for as long as you need it, since there is no time limit. Passing then costs a one-time Master activation fee covering your data feed and maintenance, and that fee scales hard: $143 and $148 at 25K and 50K, $248 at 100K, $498 at 150K, and $898 at 250K. At the small end activation costs about one month of subscription. At the big end it costs well over a month and a half of an already expensive subscription, it applies whether you bought Option 1 or Option 2, and no promo code we have observed touches it.

Every size sells at one price in two versions, and you pick at purchase: Option 1 with a real-time trailing drawdown, no daily loss limit, and your full contract cap available from day one, or Option 2 with an end-of-day trailing drawdown, a soft daily loss limit, and a contract ladder that unlocks as profit builds. The mechanics of that choice are the whole rules section below, and the choice matters more than the size.

The rest of the fee stack runs friendly. A mid-cycle reset costs $78, and if you violated a rule before your billing date the account resets free automatically on that date with your completed trading days intact. Data is included as long as you register your Rithmic status as non-professional; be careful with that election, because it is made once, cannot be changed later, and professional status runs $116 per month in exchange data fees. That 25K or 250K on the box is sim buying power, the tier you picked, and none of it is cash you could withdraw. And know the refund policy before you subscribe: there are no refunds here under any circumstances.

Cost in Practice and Live Discounts

Bulenox has the spammiest discount code field of any firm on our futures roster, and in this niche that is saying something. Dozens of aggregator codes circulate at any given time, look-alike domains dress themselves up as official Bulenox promo pages, and at least one coupon site files Bulenox promos under beauty products and invents birthday deals. Almost none of it is verifiable. What is verifiable is unusual and useful: Bulenox prints its own flat dollar codes directly on its homepage, right on the price cards, with honest struck-through list prices behind them. That firm-published floor is the anchor we track against, and it means the effective cost on the tiers carrying those codes sits below the table above, which is the reality our Cost Score reads. Steep percent codes also rotate through affiliates, creators, and Discord, some legitimate, most unverifiable until they hit a checkout. Which codes are real right now, what they render, and what is spam all lives on our Bulenox discount page, which exists mostly to sort the real from the spam, so start there when you are ready to buy. One cost note that never changes: codes cover the subscription, not the activation fee and not resets.

Rules and Risk Mechanics

Before the mechanics, a warning about everything else you have read: third-party coverage of Bulenox drawdowns is wrong often enough that we logged it as its own finding. One heavily cited source describes both account options as end-of-day trailing. The firm's own Qualification page is explicit that they are not, and the difference is the single most important buying decision here.

Option 1 is a real-time intraday trailing drawdown. It trails your realized and unrealized gains and it includes commissions, which makes it the strictest common drawdown mechanic in futures prop: a runner that spikes in your favor and comes back can clip your limit on profit you never banked. In exchange, Option 1 has no daily loss limit and no contract scaling, so your full cap is there from your first trade. Option 2 is an end-of-day trailing drawdown that only moves when you set a new end-of-day balance high, paired with a daily loss limit and a scaling ladder that unlocks contracts as Cash On Hand profit builds. The daily loss limit is soft: hitting it suspends you for the rest of the trading day, it is not a violation, and it measures commissions and unrealized profit and loss across the 5:00 pm to 4:00 pm CT trading day. Both options carry their drawdown onto the Master, where it trails until it reaches your initial balance plus $100 and then locks static. On Option 2 the daily loss limit falls away once the threshold reaches your starting balance, and the scaling ladder keeps running on the funded side, which means withdrawals can step your contract cap back down.

The conduct rules are simple to state. Everything must be flat by 15:59 CT daily, so there is no overnight and no weekend holding. News trading is unrestricted, with no published rule against it anywhere. Micros count 10 to 1 against your contract cap. One login and one Rithmic User ID per trader, and multiple logins get the profile blocked without refund. On automation, do not trust the friendly framing: the help center says copiers, algos, and bots are not forbidden, but the contract you actually sign bans scalping algorithms, bans rapid algorithmic trade bursts, requires management approval for any third-party algorithm, and reserves the firm's right to refuse profit claims on suspected abuse. The contract governs.

And then the biggest rule of all, the one that shapes everything else: Bulenox runs a forced live migration. After three successful payouts on a Master Account, the Risk Management Department moves you, at its sole discretion, to a live-capital Funded Account. Your balance gets capped at roughly 10 percent of your nominal size, every active Master you own gets consolidated into that one Funded Account, rewards there require at least five completed trading days per request, and the Funded Account's drawdown mechanics and profit split are published nowhere. Refusing the move closes your Master with no payout. This has been the regime since April 28, 2025, and it is the defining structural risk of this firm.

New to any of these terms? Our plain-terms guides break down drawdown, consistency rules, and the rest.

What is the difference between Option 1 and Option 2 at Bulenox?

The drawdown, and everything that follows from it. Option 1 runs a real-time intraday trailing drawdown that trails unrealized gains and includes commissions, with no daily loss limit and your full contract cap from day one. Option 2 runs an end-of-day trailing drawdown that only moves on a new end-of-day balance high, with a soft daily loss limit and a contract ladder that unlocks as profit builds. Same price either way, chosen at purchase, per account.

Does Bulenox allow trade copiers and automated trading?

With approval, and get it in writing. The help center says copiers, algos, and bots are not forbidden, but the Terms of Use requires management approval for any third-party algorithm, bans scalping algorithms and rapid algorithmic bursts outright, and reserves the right to refuse profit claims on suspected abuse. The contract is the stricter document and the one that governs.

Can you hold trades overnight at Bulenox?

No. All positions must be closed by 15:59 CT every day, on the eval and on the Master, and weekends and holidays are not trading days. Bulenox is an intraday firm, full stop.

Payouts and Proof

Bulenox pays 100 percent of the first $10,000 you withdraw, then 90/10 from there, with the firm's 10 percent taken at transfer. One honesty note on that headline: the official page does not say whether the first $10,000 at 100 percent applies once per trader or once per Master Account, so we have a support confirmation queued rather than guessing at it.

The cadence is clean. Request anytime during the month, and every payout processes in a weekly batch on Wednesdays, with third-party coverage reporting arrival in 3 to 7 business days over ACH, wire, PayPal, or Wise. Getting to your first request is where the friction lives, so map it before you activate. You need at least 10 completed trading days on the Master, a minimum of $1,000 per withdrawal, and a safety threshold reserve that must stay in the account, running from $1,600 on the 25K to $5,600 on the 250K. On a 50K that means roughly $2,600 sitting locked above your starting balance before your first dollar moves, though the reserve itself becomes withdrawable when you eventually terminate the Master Agreement. Your first three payouts are capped by size, $1,000 to $2,500 per request, and the cap drops away after the third. And the 40 percent consistency rule gates every single request: your best day can be at most 40 percent of your total profit balance when you ask, with the safety threshold counting toward that math on the first withdrawal. Failing it blocks the payout, it does not violate the account, so spread your profit across enough days before you request.

Then remember what the third payout triggers. The migration covered in the rules section means your fourth payout does not happen on a Master at all; it happens on a live Funded Account whose split and drawdown Bulenox has never published. Plan your Master withdrawals knowing that ceiling exists.

On stacking: Qualification accounts are unlimited, Masters are capped at 11 lifetime with a maximum of 3 active at once, and each additional activation requires the drawdown on your most recently activated Master to have reached its starting balance first. Copying across your own accounts is described by the help center as not forbidden, but the contractual approval requirement for third-party algorithms hangs over any copier setup, so get the approval in writing before you run one.

For payout proof, our books put Bulenox at the community-aggregated tier. Bulenox publishes no payout totals or statistics of any kind, so the tier rests on the pattern: dated 2026 Trustpilot confirmations including a two-payout Wise report from June, reviewers citing three years of consistent on-time payments, and third-party coverage corroborating the Wednesday cadence. The dated evidence list is below.

What is the 40 percent consistency rule at Bulenox?

At every withdrawal request on the Master, your best single day can be at most 40 percent of your total profit balance at the time you ask. Failing the check blocks that payout but does not violate your account, so the fix is more profitable days, not a reset. There is no consistency rule on the eval, and on your first withdrawal the safety threshold counts toward the math.

What is the Bulenox safety threshold?

A reserve that must stay in your Master Account when you withdraw, sized by tier: $1,600 on the 25K up to $5,600 on the 250K. It is not gone, it is locked; the reserve becomes withdrawable when you terminate the Master Agreement. Stack it against the $1,000 minimum withdrawal and the first-three payout caps and you get the real answer to how much you need to earn before money starts moving.

What happens after three payouts at Bulenox?

You get moved to a live Funded Account, at the Risk Management Department's sole discretion. The live account carries roughly 10 percent of your nominal size, all your active Masters consolidate into it, rewards there require at least five completed trading days per request, and its drawdown and profit split are not published. Refusing the transition closes your Master with no payout. This has been the model since April 28, 2025.

Trust Profile

The Terms of Use you agree to at Bulenox states that the firm does not provide live trading. It has said that since July 2021, and it has been wrong since April 28, 2025, when Bulenox imposed the live-capital Funded Account regime. That contradiction is the trust story here in one line: the paperwork went stale while the product moved on. Several help center pages carry update stamps from 2021 through 2023, and the Funded Account stage publishes its balance caps and day minimums while leaving its drawdown and profit split completely undisclosed. To be fair to the firm, the access side is genuinely good, because eval and Master rules, fees, and payout conditions are all published pre-purchase in an indexed help center. The gap is currency, not access.

The identity picture splits the same way. Bulenox LLC is a registry-confirmed Delaware company, file 4611880, formed January 4, 2021, which is a real paper trail and more than plenty of firms in this niche can show. But the headquarters address is a mailbox-style virtual suite at a mass registered-agent building in Wilmington, we label it as exactly that, and the founder and leadership are not publicly disclosed anywhere we could find: not on the site, not in the Terms, not in third-party coverage.

The Trustpilot read is one of the better ones on our roster once you check the posture behind it. 4.7 across 1,685 reviews, and while Bulenox pays for its Trustpilot subscription, there is no sign the firm has ever asked anyone for a review, so the volume reads organic. Pull up the newest pages of reviews and the same themes repeat across hundreds of them: payout reliability, payment speed, customer service. Two dings: the firm has never replied to a negative review, and the third-party ecosystem around it is unusually sloppy, with one widely cited source overstating the review count by more than a thousand and the same ecosystem misdescribing the drawdown mechanics. Read the live page, not the aggregators.

The stability flags are logged with dates below: the April 2025 Funded Account regime, a trader-adverse term change and the biggest flag on file, and the quiet removal of the old 10K tier from the public roster while stale help pages still reference it. The fine print also runs firm-favored: no refunds under any circumstances, liability capped at your last 30 days of payments, Delaware law with binding arbitration and a class action waiver.

Stability flags and Trustpilot detail
  • sudden term change2025-04-28

Bulenox imposed a Funded Account regime: a forced move to discretionary live after three Master payouts, balance caps of roughly 10 percent of nominal account size, consolidation of all Masters into one Funded Account, and refusal closes the Master with no payout. This one changes what a funded trader actually gets, and refusing it costs you the account, so we weight it accordingly.

    Source
  • product change

The 10K tier was removed from the public homepage roster while older help pages still reference it. We do not know when the removal happened, but when we checked on 2026-07-06 it was absent from both the homepage and the Master activation fee list. The firm's own pages disagreeing with each other is the part we are logging.

Is Bulenox legit?

Legit, yes. A registry-confirmed Delaware LLC operating since January 2021, a 4.7 Trustpilot across 1,685 reviews with an organic posture, and payout proof at our community-aggregated tier backed by dated 2026 confirmations. Transparency is the part that lags: leadership is undisclosed, the contractual Terms is five years stale, and the live Funded Account stage runs on unpublished terms, and the trust section walks through each one.

Who owns Bulenox?

Nobody says, and that is the honest answer. The founder and leadership are not publicly disclosed on the site, in the Terms of Use, in the Delaware registry entry, or anywhere in the third-party coverage we could find. The entity itself is real and registry-confirmed, Bulenox LLC, Delaware file 4611880, formed January 4, 2021, but the people behind it stay anonymous.

Compared With Other Firms

Where Bulenox lands against the rest of the roster depends almost entirely on the size you are shopping. At 25K and 50K it belongs on the shortlist: the subscription is cheap, the activation is proportionate, the eval has no clock and no consistency rule, the reset policy is one of the friendliest we track, and the firm behind it demonstrably pays on a weekly cadence. At 150K and 250K the same firm becomes hard to recommend, because the activation fee scales into the hundreds while the forced migration means the big account you paid up for eventually collapses to roughly a tenth of its label anyway. The head-to-head pages take it from here on the specific small-account matchups, and the futures roundup sets Bulenox next to every firm we cover.

If the 25K or 50K fits your plan, this is one of the cheaper places in futures prop to take real swings at getting funded. Time your attempts around the free billing-date reset so a mistake does not cost you a fresh subscription, pick the drawdown option that actually matches how you trade instead of the one that sounds forgiving, and go in knowing exactly what the third payout triggers. Do that and Bulenox gives you a lot of eval for the money.

This review covers one firm. When you want the wide view, the best futures prop firms rankings line the field up side by side.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Bulenox cost?

The subscription runs $145 to $535 per month by account size, 25K through 250K, and auto-renews every 30 days until you cancel. Passing adds a one-time Master activation fee of $143 to $898 by size, covering data and maintenance. Resets are $78 mid-cycle, with a free automatic reset on your billing date if you violated a rule before it. There is no time limit on the eval, so one month can be all you pay for it, but there are also no refunds under any circumstances.

Does Bulenox work with Tradovate or NinjaTrader?

NinjaTrader yes, Tradovate no. Bulenox runs entirely on Rithmic infrastructure, so you trade through R Trader, R Trader Pro, NinjaTrader 8, or any Rithmic-compatible front-end, and the firm provides a free NinjaTrader 8 license on the Master Account. Tradovate is not supported here. One warning while you set up: your Rithmic professional or non-professional status is elected once and cannot be changed later, and professional status costs $116 per month in exchange data fees.
